2. Master Service Agreements (MSA) & NDA Execution
We execute standard Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). All proprietary designs, computer-aided designs (CAD), technical drawings, and prototypes are governed strictly by the intellectual property transfer provisions stipulated in each project agreement upon fee satisfaction.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Data Localization
- Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023: Full compliance with sovereign Indian data storage directives. All client briefs, project correspondence, and digital files are hosted strictly within sovereign Indian datacenters (Mumbai & Delhi zones).
- Information Technology Act, 2000: Adherence to electronic record management, confidentiality standards, and cybersecurity safeguards.
- Commercial Invoicing & Taxation: Operating in strict adherence to Indian commercial and taxation laws. Currently operating under statutory GST registration exemption thresholds for professional services, issuing compliant commercial invoices for domestic and international B2B engagements, with formal GST registration to be scheduled in tandem with business scale.
